Here is a very short clip of Valerie Cortez when I did a shoot with her prior to her getting into the adult industry. She was very cute and sexy, wearing a black lingerie set. It was an interesting shoot, Valerie had called me a couple of days earlier asking me to photograph her, so we set it up for early Saturday that weekend. But when I got there, at her place (which is where she wanted to do the shoot), she had visitors and we waited for them to leave. Her friend was arriving later, because she wanted to introduce me to a friend of hers who wanted to get into modeling. The friend was not in the same league as Valerie, not as sexy or photogenic. Oh well, that happens.

 Valerie Cortez Most of you have been keeping up with the posts here at Outletphotography.com as I put up rare pictures of model Valerie Cortez. What you don’t is the background of these pictures. A few years ago, before she got into the industry, she started as a photographers model. I and my photographic team were one of them. Back then, as you can see from the pictures, she was very shy, but had that look that many photographers love. She was open to many types of modeling and was living in Orange County, California. Our first shoot took place in the Huntington Beach area, and she modeled for about half a day. Very shy for the first 30 minutes or so, then really opened up and like she said, “I had a blast”. She had so much fun, she wanted me to hire her for the full day, but we were shooting a second model later that day, so we couldn’t make that happen. She had an innocent look so and I wasn’t too sure she would go through a full shoot, which we had agreed on. As she came into the room I instantly asked her to start modeling, and to undress. She was nervous, but went on, and soon was ok with it all. We did the shoot with a continuous lighting set, but I wish we would have used studio flash strobes instead. Hot lights are not my favorite. Here is a treat for many of you. A few years ago, I had the opportunity to shoot a new model, she was sort of shy but very cute, in a sexy kind of a way. I shot her at least 2-3 times over a period of a few weeks. Well she goes by the name Valerie Cortez, that’s right, the one and only Valerie. She went on to do adult pictorials and movies, if you don’t know who she is, simply google her name, she is very famous. The pictures below are some of the first pictures I took of her, as you can see she is a little nervous, but then opens up and we had a great fun shoot. Quality is not that great, this was early digital period in the early 2000′s.
