"The plane, the plane!"
I was looking over my calendar and noticed that a past model’s b-day was coming up this week. She was always someone I enjoyed shooting because she really isn’t a “model”, just a friend who allowed me to photograph her several times for fun. Ok, fun for me and fun for her!
A couple of our shoots were impromptu and I simply asked her to grab her bikini and we drove out to the beach. I photographed her in what she had on and a few outfits I had laying around in my truck from a previous shoot.

Ok, so here is the story. I met this girl who had a great personality and a fairly decent figure. She really wanted to try out modeling, so we set up a day to shoot at the beach. It was a little cold and the weather wasn’t too good, but we went ahead anyways. I will post more of her, but here is one we took as we sat down on the beach taking in the waves and the gloomy weather. She had a nice rear, so the thong thing worked for her.

Photo shoot at the beach
I dont know about you, but there is something sexy about a woman undoing her bikini bottom in a public beach! An overcast day made it a perfect time for her to tease the photographer with some great poses. Although a cold day, she was not shy.
If you plan to photograph a model at the beach, I suggest you do it during the week. Unless its an isolated beach, the only way to shoot at a popular beach is during the week. Also, don’t take too much equipment, portable lights will cause too much attention and might cause the lifeguards or officials to ask you for a permit. Leave the portable studio lights in the studio or for a more isolated beach.

Beach model photo shoot
So here is Brandy once again, this was from our beach shoot. Brandy is someone with a great personality and figure. We were a little daring in that we were at a public beach, not too many people near by, but I really wanted her to pose in this outfit. She was game and changed right there at the beach in the open! I knew she would look great in those underwear thongs and the T-shirt.
It was very important to work quickly since there were people coming and going, but it was worth it. We shot for a couple of hours until sunset and managed to get some excellent images.

Bikini shoot at the park
So there was this model by the name of Brandy that I met a few years ago, great person, good personality and adventurous. I shot with her in at least 4 different occasions. She is not a working model, she only tried it a few times, and worked with me most of the time. Normally I like to shoot models that have a certain look, but with this model she didn’t have the facial features I normally like, however she did have a fit body. Funny thing, this picture was taken at a regular park! We were a little risky because there was a lake just a few hundred feet away with fisherman but they were unaware of the shoot we were doing just over a hill of grass. Brandy was great, we shot for a while and created alot of great images.
